Refund Policy

Hushsong creates deeply personal keepsakes, and we want you to feel right about every purchase. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund.

You preview before you pay

Every keepsake lets you hear the cloned voice for free, before you pay anything. Payment only unlocks bringing the photo to life and keeping your keepsake. You always know how the voice sounds before you spend a cent.

When we refund

We will provide a full refund if:

The keepsake fails to generate, or is delivered with a technical defect (such as a broken or corrupted file).
You are not satisfied with your finished keepsake and request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Given how personal these keepsakes are, we honor reasonable requests.
You were charged in error, or charged more than once.

To request a refund, email support@hushsong.life with your order details. We aim to respond within two business days.

What we ask

Because each keepsake is a personalized digital item generated on demand, we ask that refund requests be made in good faith. We may decline repeated requests that appear to misuse this policy.

How refunds are issued

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record). Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
